The use of raw materials from leading suppliers of Japan, Germany, the Czech Republic and high-precision machines allow us to ensure high quality products. We also use modern metrological methods to measure contour, roughness, thread profile parameters, control the kinetic accuracy of ball screws providing supreme production standards.
Our enterprise produces the precision ball-screws in which the screw profile undergo hardening and multi-stage grinding allowing them to be used in high-precision equipment and gain accuracy classes C1, C3, C5, C7, C10 according to the international standard DIN ISO 3408-3. The manufacturing also provides a wide range of high-precision CNC machining services.
